Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing the Services, registering, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
2. The Services
Media Metas provides educational content, live and recorded training, digital resources, agency-building guidance, community access, onboarding, support, and, where expressly included in an offer, coaching or client-matching assistance. Specific inclusions, timing, price, and access terms are those displayed at checkout or in the written offer you accept.
Features may depend on third-party products such as Base44, Stripe, Whop, email or messaging providers, and other tools. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, third-party subscriptions and costs are not included in your purchase from Media Metas.
3. Accounts and accurate information
You must provide complete, current, and accurate contact, billing, and onboarding information. You are responsible for keeping access links and credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payments and billing
- Prices, currency, payment timing, and whether a charge is one-time or recurring are shown before purchase.
- You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for the amount displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes.
- If an offer is recurring, it renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse charges already incurred unless required by law or covered by the Refund Policy.
- You are responsible for bank, foreign-exchange, internet, third-party software, and other costs not expressly included.
5. Refunds and offer guarantees
Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the written guarantee displayed for the offer at the time of purchase and our Refund Policy. A guarantee relating to client matching does not guarantee profit, income, retention, client performance, or results from operating an agency.
6. Educational and earnings disclaimer
The Services are educational and informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or financial advice. Examples, testimonials, revenue figures, client values, and case studies are not promises of what you will earn. Results vary and depend on your effort, skills, execution, availability, market conditions, third parties, and other factors outside our control.
You are solely responsible for business decisions, outreach, contracts, advertising, taxes, compliance, and services you provide to clients.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- Break any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right.
- Upload or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.
- Misrepresent results, identity, affiliation, or authority.
- Share, resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, or reproduce paid materials without written permission.
- Interfere with security, access another user’s data, introduce malware, or abuse platform resources.
- Use training or tools to send spam or violate privacy, advertising, or communications laws.
8. Intellectual property
Media Metas and its licensors own the Services, branding, site design, training, prompts, templates, videos, text, software, and other materials, excluding content you lawfully provide. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own internal learning and business operations.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Media Metas a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the Services.
9. Third-party services
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Media Metas does not control and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, decisions, suspensions, data practices, or performance. References or links do not constitute a warranty or endorsement.
10. Communications
We may send transactional messages needed to deliver purchases, confirm access, provide onboarding, respond to support, or administer the Services. Where you have consented or applicable law otherwise permits, we may also send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, or harm to Media Metas, users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Media Metas disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Metas and its owners, team members, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid Media Metas for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Media Metas and its owners, team members, and contractors from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your client work or content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Media Metas entity providing the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over that entity will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.
16. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the policies and offer terms they incorporate, form the agreement between you and Media Metas concerning the Services.
